Pros
Consistently praised for friendly and helpful staff across all departments.
Spacious apartments with separate living areas and fully equipped kitchens.
Convenient location for exploring Cotswold towns and lakeside walks.
Pet-friendly amenities include complimentary dog bed, bowl, and walking advice.
Cons
Pool and spa access requires advance booking and additional payment.
Some apartments may experience noise from neighboring units or corridors.
“I found the spacious apartments, especially those with lake views, quite the draw, offering a comfortable self-catering base. The location itself is a real advantage, acting as a solid jumping-off point for exploring the wider Cotswolds. It felt genuinely well-equipped for longer stays, with everything you'd need for a home-away-from-home feeling.”
